1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Your Day AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Your Day AI is a nutrition tracking application that helps users log meals, track calorie and macronutrient intake, plan meals, and monitor health progress. The App provides personalized nutrition recommendations based on user-provided information.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition. Calorie and nutrition calculations are estimates and may not be 100% accurate.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

5. Subscriptions

  • Your Day AI offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Your Day AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Nutrition Data Accuracy

Nutrition information is sourced from the USDA FoodData Central database and Open Food Facts. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all nutrition data is complete or error-free. Users should verify critical nutrition information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Day AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where the developer resides.
